this is us tour

as you all know i have been to a lot of backstreet boys concerts...33 to be exact...haha...the latest one on my list was on thursday at Hammerstein ballroom in manhattan for the this is us tour...and it was AMAZING!!!!

i was gonna go with little sis but at the last minute she (along with little one) decided to get general admission tickets, sit there all day, and be in the front...the reasons for me not doing this also are 3 fold...1) im a crowdaphobe...too many people jammed into a small place gives me anxiety...haha...2) some people actually have to be responsible and go to work...and 3) (the most obvious) i already had a ticket...duh...so now i was left with the task of filling the extra ticket left behind by little sis...i asked around and ended up bringing cool girl from work...she has NEVER been to a bsb concert before...can you believe it?!?...so this makes cool girl the 3rd person this tour that i brought to their first bsb concert...yay! more fans!!!...she couldnt believe how many hits they had and how many songs she knew...she had a ton of fun and to that i said why do you think i go to so many...haha...

anyway, on to the event...some dj opened for them...he was entertaining for the first 5 minutes then i got old...he played for at least a half hour...its not like he was horrend or anything like that...its just that it wasnt really the place for that...if he was the dj at some club or a party he would have been awesome...i just wanted him to finish so the boys would come on!!!

when the backstreet boys finally came out the crowd went wild!!!...it was def the loudest crowd ive been a part of in a long time!...everyone was singing along to all the songs...it was great...

the boys sand most of their old singles and most of the songs on the new album...and they added in "if i knew then" which was not on the set list the first time around...so that was exciting!...i love that song!!!...but they still didnt sing "shattered"...shattered is def my fav song on the album and i would have LOVED to see it live!

they had dancers again...they added a lot to songs like "all of your life" and "bye bye love"...but they werent really necessary for songs like "all i have to give"...speaking of aihtg...im not gonna lie i was a little upset over no suits and hats...but whatever ill get over it...

sticking with the movie theme of the album they each had a movie they were green screened into...howie's was the fast and the furious...aj's was fight club...brian's was enchanted...and nick's was the matrix...they were all pretty entertaining bits to hold the crowd over while the boys changed...and they contained great lines like "first rule of backstreet boys fan club is you dont talk about backstreet boys fan club" and "has it really been 10 years since i was teen peoples hottest male?"...

lets see...what else???...i think thats it...oh the picture at the top was taken using my phone...i figured out how to zoom after the concert was over...oh well...now i know for next time!!!

here i am!

hello there readers...sorry that i've been mia for a few weeks...i thought now would be a good time to play catch up...

first i want to say that i got a new phone!...i ended up with the lg ally...there is a definite learning curve when moving from a regular cell phone to an android powed cell phone...i must admit that i miss my trusty voyager broken hinge and all...lol...but this one is growing on me and i am learning to love it!...since this is my first blog using tins phone and im not 100% comfortable with the keybord yet there may be more mistakes than normal...but its okay...you guys will forgive me, right?!?...haha...

just incase you were wondering were i dissapeared to dont panic cause im gonna tell you!...haha!...a few weeks ago f.u.n. decided that i needed to read interview with a vampire...she claims its the best vampire book out there...so i read it...and all my precious commuting time went to reading instead of blogging or playing bejewled or any of the other fun things i find to do on the train...haha...when i finally finished the book i thought "eh"...it was okay...nothing great...i have absolutely zero desire to run out and get the rest of the books in the series...there were some parts that i liked but some parts were slow...and there was way too many details on the killings...i could have done without those...well anyway now i can say that i read it and thats that...

so lets see what else is new and exciting in my life???...oh...it looks like concert guy will not be continuing on to the next season of me show...he will be moving to hoboken in september...so the odds of me seeing him too much more are slim...sad, i know...but its alright...its time to move on any way...

im sure there is a ton of other things i need to share but this is my stop...ill be back soon...no worries!!!

i need my own sitcom!

ive been thinking about it and i decided that i should totally have my own sitcom!...haha!...ive been told by many people (and by many i mean 2...haha) that my blog is very funny...so how cool would it be to have a sitcom based on my little blog here?...and since its a sitcom everything can be exaggerated to be even funnier!...

it would be just like the blog...so obviously it will be called confessions of a giggler...and it will have voice overs sharing my crazy thoughts during all the different boy troubles ive had...and it could have 2 different versions of the same scene...1 that really happened and one that i wishes happened...and i want to use everyones cool blog names in the show and not real names...but the mayor thinks i should do that...but i say that the cool blog names is part of what makes the blog awesome...haha!...no sitcom that im aware of has ever done such a thing...i think it would be great!...

so next i have to cast my sitcom...so i started asking my cast of characters who they would want to play them in my sitcom...little one said snookie (good choice)...haha!...and bubbles said angelina jolie (so i said i dont think she'll do it...haha)...and no one else really answered...but i understand cause for a while i had no idea who i would want to play me...but then i thought about it some more and said hey if im gonna be casting hot guys to play the parts of new guy and concert guy then i should just play myself!!!...ive never acted before but im pretty sure i can play myself...how hard can it be? right?!?...and then i can be part of one of those on screen couples (obvi im using the term couple VERY loosely) who fall in love for real off screen...that would be fabulous...=)

what do you think?...would a sitcom based on my blog be funny or just stupid?...would you watch it?...and if youre in my cast of characters who do you want to play you???...these are important questions...i need answers people!!!...haha!!!...
