finish smallville dvds...check

yay!!!...im done...i watched every episode in seasons 1 2 3 4 5 6 and 7!...i cant belevie i finished...what a great show i recomend it to everyone...

so after finishing i felt empty...like i had nothing to do...so i was like well maybe i should actually go to the gym more often...yeah that hasnt happened yet...and i decided to fill my time with a new obsession...ER...

im not going to go on a mission to watch all 15 seasons straight through but i do want to watch the ones i havent seen in a while...so im starting with season 6...this is because i already watched 1-5 on dvd and i have had seasons 6 and 7 sitting on my shelf waiting to be watched and i have seasons 8-10 sitting in the store waiting for me to purchase them...lol...so i'll stop watching after season 10 and wait for the rest to be released and then start again...

well thats the plan for now...talk to ya later!

oh boy

so i went to the trainer on sunday...lets just say i wanted to cry...in fact i did cry as soon as i got to the car...lol...it was so bad i cant do anything...the way the guy was talking to me i felt like i was "happy holidays miss lisa"...ya know just let the really bad ones slide by because theres no hope...the worst part of the whole thing is that i barely even did anything...

started off with a plank(i was shaking right away) i got a "weak" on that one...next were push ups (haha just no on this one i told him you should just write down very weak now and save us both the trouble)...next was some shoulder tap thing (yeah couldnt do that either)...after that was a pulling thing (i got a no good on this one too but to be fair he didnt really tell me how to do it so thats why it was bad)...last we did squats (aparently those were wrong too) he said my knees go in, i hunch over, and my feet turn out...well no duh my feet turn out...if he thinks hes gonna erase 5 billion years of dance training hes out of his mind...and i dont do squats...i dont stick my coolie out when i bend over...EVER...

so in the end he pretty much said you should have a trainer all the time...sorry i'm not a billionaire...i cant spend $72 per session...i'll just stick with the free ones that come with the membership...and i dont even want to do that...now i have to back to him on sunday for my first real session...ugh...what a big mistake this was...i shouldnt have signed up for the stupid trainer...he hates me i can tell...and i dont respond well to people who hate me...

ahhh...i hope it gets better cause i am not a happy camper right now...

some people shouldn't be allowed out

last night i went out to dinner in the city for cort's birthday...on the train ride home there was a woman sitting a few rows away from us and she was just a mess...she was completly passed out...her head was hanging down...her arms were dangling...her glasses fell off into the isle and she had no idea...and to top it off she was drooling all over the place...so of course we all had a good laugh...

does the story end here...nope!...about 10 minutes after the whole drooling sitch we all got a wiff so something awful...now this is just speculation but we think crazy lady pooped her pants...ahhhhh...

a few more minutes passed by and some guy stepped on the glasses....tried to fix them...gave them back to crazy...and what did crazy do...she trew the glasses...and then proceded to throw up....ewwww....this part is not speculation...i actually saw it happen...again i must say ewww....hahaha!...

sorry if i grossed anyone out....but this story had to be told...

i joined the gym

thats right folks...i joined the gym...i signed up on saturday...its now wednesday and i still havent gone yet...ooops...well at least im signed up right...its a step in the right direction...

as a memeber of rwj fitness center i get a trainer once every 6-8 weeks...so i have my first appointment (that cant be what its called...maybe a session??? i dont know i'm clearly new to this whole lets workout thing...lol...) on sunday...i must admit i'm a little scared...i hope this guy is nice to me...i'm giggley and bubbley...if this trainer guy is super serious i dont know if its gonna work out well for me...

i figure after i meet with the trainer i'll actually have some kind of an idea of what to do...i dont want to break anything (bones and machines...lol..) so i'm telling myself that its smart to wait...

i'm going to need to set a schedule...cause if i dont i'm afraid that i wont go...so i'm thinking mondays and wednesday durring the week and at least one day on the weekend...lets see how long that lasts...i think that once i get into the habit of going i'll be okay...its just hard to start ya know...but i can do it i know i can...
